Announcing the Foundation’s annual meeting for Saturday, June 22, 2024, at the Mill. Doors open at 2:00 pm with the business meeting starting at 3:00pm. Gabrial Melendez is a Professor of American Studies at the University of New Mexico and the title of his presentation to us is: “Unsettled Claims: Mora, el Valle de los Molinos” (Valley of the Water Mills). Refreshments, wine and cheese, will be served.

The agenda for our meeting is:

Election of Directors: Barbara Bradshaw and Max Garcia, current Directors, have each agreed to serve another three-year term. Mr. Clifford Regensberg, recently appointed to an open Director’s position will need membership approval to serve out a two-year term.
Financial and Fundraising Update ( We have recently received a $100,000 donation via the Mora Sustainability Initiative)
Wall Repair Update ( Construction drawings are at last complete and we hope to be working with an architectural/construction management firm to start the bid solicitation process to repair at least one wall.)
